palastanian living in Jordan with a temporary passport

Dears
I am from Palestine , living in Jordan as displaced. I have a Jordanian Temporary passport ( this passport has been given long back for the displaced Palestinian, but it doesn't mean I am Jordanian.

Can I apply for immigration, because I am not in my country and can not go back to it ,to the UNHCR?
if any body know or have experience pls tell me

I dont understand what you mean by "Can I apply for immigration" ? Do you mean as a refugee or Express Entry ?
