Hi all there,

Well my name is Syed M. Shoaib Akhter and i have recently completed my 5 year Graduation in Pharmacy i.e. Pharm.D from Ziauddin University, Karachi, Pakistan with 3.48/4 CGPA (Second Position in the batch) and now planning to give IELTS exam in April..(hopefully with 7 bands)

I want to apply for MS in Pharmaceutics from University of Alberta .. Kindly tell me what is the probability of securing admission there.. ?

anyone already there or with same senario ?? please guide me that what are other things should i do to secure my admission.. They dont require GRE and they dont allow prospective students to contact supervisors directly..

Salam buddy. Your CGPA seems to be good so you might just make it. :)
Take the IELTS soon and then submit a (free) preliminary application and then they will contact you and tell you whether you should go on with the application process or not.

Keep a low tier institution in your list as well as a backup. Just in case

Best of luck
