Pakistani Nikahnama Translation in Dubai - Help!

Hello Everyone!
I would like to know if anyone has translated their Pakistani Urdu Nikahama in Dubai and does it needs to be attested from Pakistani Counslate?

Can it be done by any authentic translator in Dubai.
Pls Advise as CIC has requested the English Translation of our Nikahnama.
