I am mostly the Lurker who visits daily but does not post much I believe there are quite a lot like me here
Ok By the grace of God I received the PP1 today through email
The Application was submitted in Oct 2011, The Interview was held in Abu Dhabi on 21 Feb 2013, Meds Done on 28th March 2013. And today received the PPR1.
I just wanted to clear something in the email it was written

Step 1: Submit the documents listed below to our office in London. (These instructions do not apply to
accompanying family members who are entitled to Canadian citizenship, because they will have to travel on
their Canadian passports.)
1. Clear photocopies of your passport and the passports of each accompanying family member. The
passports must meet the Passport Specifications on page 2 of this letter because these are the passports you
will use to travel to Canada.
2. The Updated Information Chart on page 3 fully completed for you and each accompanying family member.
Submit these three items within 30 days of the date of this letter (or the date of the email if you received this by
email). All items for you and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package.

What I do not understand is that they have mentioned 2 things in the email that have to send them.
- The copies of Passports
- The completed form that they have sent me in the email
But if you read the text above they say that i submit the 3 items... I do not understand what the 3rd item is
Any input from the experienced is highly appreciated.
