Hello, I'm in the process of applying for spouse visa application from Karachi Pakistan and I have a few questions;

1) Do all civil documents need to be attested and notarized(gold stamp)? i.e nikhanama, birth certificate, police certificate
2) Do any original documents need to go? If not otherwise specified in the country specified requirements.
3) Is it acceptable to send scanned copies of the signed form to my sponsor so he can directly print and send them, or are original signatures required?

Thank you in advance!

1) Nope only need original police certificate and nikkah nama translated if in Urdu. Copy of nikkah nama (Urdu) Original translated must be translated by a certified person. Found one on Kijiji locally. He charged 50$
2) Police report only!
3) You need to send originals. Courier them from Pakistan not very expensive.

So no notary is required and it is all just scanned copies, besides police certificate?

Thank you! My original nikah nama is also in english, so that doesn't need to be translated, correct?
yes ur good just send them a copy! Some ppl I heard sent originals and it was returned to them after their file was approved. I wouldn’t risk sending those.
