Pakistan High school transcript and diploma issue

Hi,

I did my FSc (higher secondary school) from Pakistan and was issued a transcript which (I think) also serves as a diploma. I am being required to provide a diploma in addition to the transcript.

Can someone tell me whether there is a separate diploma document for FSc?
