please help me out here......
my 2nd AOR came on aug 11th 2010....
I have just found out that the docs we submitted for 'proof of relationship' were insufficient. I have written to London VO about the status of my application and they received that letter on May 9th 2011.
Should i now wait for them to get back to me? or should i send those docs anyway? i have also requested CAIPS......but dont know how long that will take.....

thanks

No use of caips at this stage. However, if you have emailed to cic you should wait for their reply. Normally they reply within 15-28 days. I think there would not be any problem. Did you send email through case specific enquiry?

Thank you for your reply canada1234.....
I enquired about my case within the cover letter with which i attached the missing documents required after our son's addition to our family......
Is there a need for a case specific enquiry through email now?
Our case has been RVBO since 6 months, so I assumed that it is because our documents r not complete for the section ‘ proof of relationship in canada’ that is why I ordered CAIPS……I thought it will identify why there is a delay………what are your thoughts of this?

People here who have been waiting for more than 15 months after 2nd AOR. I myself been waiting for 10 months. So I guess that's not a matter of worry, it's a routine delay. It's ok if you have sent missing docs but you should have attached covering letter with them and also confirmed from courier service that docs had reached safely to the destination because cic will not confirm you for docs receive.

We were hoping that medicals will start pouring in from April 2011, but that is not the case, >:(
God knows when :'(

Wrote a cover letter and courier confirmed delivery.......
it has been 10 months for me too since 2nd AOR..........
Alright. Though cic would not confirm through post mail or email but courier delivery can give sigh of relief. If cic would require further docs they will ask when processing starts. You should relax now.
I am afraid caips would not be helpful in this regard.

Hi seniors

Do u have any idea that what sort of treatment CHC LDN is doing with the applicants having arranged employment. As i have got my e-status in-process by 10th of May 2011, how long will i have to wait for medical call. Please guide me in this regard.

Thanks

Does the inside statement reflect the date when actually processing started on your case?

CIC is treating AEO cases adjacent to FSW. The time duration of AEO is similar to FSW.

Dear Cananda1234

The inside statement is still same as was in RBVO. I have arranged employment as well.

Thanks

Dear

Then why CIC has clearly mentioned the time frame of AEO different from FSW. One of my friend sent his FSW (without arranged employment) application on the same date of mine but he has not got his e-status in-process yet which means that there must be some difference between the time frame of these two above AEO and FSW.

Please enlighten the situation.

Thanks

Write now AEO and FSW are being treated with same timeline. It would take take 24 -36 months to finalize pre-june 2010 cases. You would be lucky if you get early response. CIC is giving priority to Post June26, 2011 applicants & Pre-June 2011 would be treated afterwards.
"In-Process" with RBVO details is a system error. Actual processing starts when inside detail reflect the date of processing. E-Cas is not always a reliable option. For last few months e-cas has been erratic due to shifting of files to GCMS [Global Client management System].

Hope that helps.

dear canada1234

thanks for your precision information.
