Paid Vacation towards CEC experience

Hello
Will 3 weeks of paid vacation count as part of my CEC experience for each year? Anyone with similar situation got PR or refused PR?

As far as I know, taking 3 weeks vacation will not count towards CEC if you were outside Canada only thing is instead of one year of work experience you will apply under CEC after one year and three weeks of work experience. I can be wrong but that’s my knowledge
