How can I prove that I had 15 days paid vacation during my 2 years of experience under NOC B? Which documents are required to prove it for CEC file?

Your employment letter from your employer will state the period you worked and this period of time will include the paid vacation days you took off.

My experience letter only mentioned my start date and finish date. It didn’t mentioned paid vacation specifically. So that is fine or it should be mentioned paid vacation start and end date specifically?

The paid vacation does not need to be mentioned separately. If falls within the period of your work experience.

No. Vacation are a regular thing in any contract.

It should already indicate it in your paystub. No need for a separate bank statement!
