Paid my fees online...where to send receipt?

Hi there,

For my skilled worker / express entry application I paid my processing fee's online using a credit card.

I was emailed a receipt which states at the bottom to print a copy and send it to CIC....

But there is no mailing address or email.

Anyone done this?

Any advice appreciated.

There was a discussion on this already and multiple opinions as usual. Search that AOR thread if you want to read those messages.

In considered opinion, it is apparently a legacy message from the old system. Under EE, the payment is made online and confirmation arrives in your MyCIC account so there should be no requirement to print out and send a copy of the receipt (which CIC sent you in the first place!) back to CIC to confirm that you have received their confirmation about your payment!

You don't need to send it anywhere. The wording on the receipt is for the old paper application system.

Yes thank you...., I had read online that the mailing in of the receipt was a must for paper applications...

Can you tell me which thread this was previously discussed in?

I was thinking myself, why do I have to sent it to them when they sent it to me in the first place!

So basically I don't have to do anything with this receipt expect put it in my files!
