we paid the fees online for our common-law application, printed the receipt and sent it with our application package....but we realized that we were not able to fill in the payer information (client date of birth, client identification, address, postal code, telephone #)....i am the payer (the sponsor)....only my name was indicated in the receipt as it is automatically entered by the system when i paid online thru my credit card
