Packaging application for submission

Hey everyone!

I am sooooo close to submitting (YAY!). I am reading through the section "Check your application to avoid common mistakes" of the Complete Guide IMM 5589, and the order of documents is ambiguous!

1. The order of documents should be as follows:
   • checklist;
   • open work permit application (and supporting documents), if applicable;
   • any barcode pages;
   • supporting documents, in the order they are listed on the checklist

When it says "any barcode pages", does this mean you take out the barcode pages from the IMM 1344 and IMM 0008 forms and put them on top of all the forms? I ask because they are printed as part of the application page numbers (Page 7 of 7 for IMM 1344 and Pages 7&8 of 9 for IMM 0008), and I don't want to separate them if I'm not supposed to!

Yep. Exactly what I did. They stipulate that the barcode pages are to be "separate" from the forms so as alien as it feels to move the last pages of the forms..do it. The barcodes will be the immediate pages after the checklist (unless you have OWP permit app going in too).

Perfect, thanks! Yeah it does feel odd to separate them, but I get why they want the barcode pages up front!
