P1 and P2?

I applied for the P.R through the PNP Ontario Job Foreign Work. I am already in Canada with my daughter and my wife in another country. My question is, when we receive the COPR, will my husband receive it directly to travel or will he still go through the P1 and P2 process? We are in doubt because we do not know and we are seeing that this process is taking months.

Is your spouse listed as accompanying or nonaccompanying?

Once you get eCOPR your spouse with get COPR and will send in their passport to receive stamping.
