Sir I applied PR card renuwal in 2014/08/12 & PR card expired date is 2014/11/30 ,,,,,my (730) days complete in 2014/10/24 ,,,,,, my mother past away in August 12/2014,,,,, but i did not go to India because I have to maintain my 730 days but I left Canada 2015/02/18 because my wife has problem in knee , she do not walk properly and my daughter was study in 10 th in high school so I have to drop off school everyday ,in 2016/01/05 I got email from C I C that your p r card reddy to pick up , so I applied PRTD but reply was that you have to apiel H&C in 60 days,,,,, but I didn't Now tell me what can I da? Where can apply ? What about my status ? Even I was in Canada (852 days) so please guide me /show me tha way ,,,, so I follow that way. ,,,,, please reply soon. Thanks sir

If your PRTD was refused and you didn't appeal - then your PR status has been lost. You will need to apply for PR again from scratch.

You have misunderstood what I have said. You will not be applying for a new PR card. You have lost your PR status - so applying for a new PR card is not possible.
You will have to apply for permanent residency again from scratch. Canada has a number of different immigration programs at this time and the rules have changed since you applied for PR. You will have to research these programs to understand what it takes to qualify and apply. I would recommend that you start by researching the Express Entry program. Sir I want just ask that my daughter date of birth is 2000/10/09 she has study over 12th & now she has started graduation her P R card,expired in 2015/02/04,,,,,,,my son DOB is 2002/08/31 he is study in 11 th science P R card expired in 2014/11/30

they were spent about (14/15 ) month in Canada with me & presently my daughter /son want to go to Canada for further study next year ... how they are eligible (qualify) to go to Canada as a PR base ,,,, how their are get back New P R Card ? Your wife too will have to start apply for PR from scratch. For your minor children, they will have to get PRTD from nearby Canadian visa office (stating they had been removed by their parents) in order to renter Canada.

If he asked for PRTD for the whole family and that was rejected and he did not appeal. so there is no way for the children either. As in that case everybody from that rejected PRTD has lost their PR already.

You are no longer a Permenent resident. You lost that status when you failed to appeal your refused PRTD. The only way for you to get a PR is to reapply from zero. You have no rights to enter Canada anymore as anything other than a foreign national (visitor, student, work permit).
It doesn't matter how many times you ask this question. You applied for PRTD and you didn't appeal within the given time frame.
SO you and your family ARE NOT PR any more (i.e. as told by many that you lost your PR status).
If you still want to be a Canadian PR, you have to apply as if you've never been one. From 0.
