I am P.R. Card holder of Canada, but now my P.R. Card is expired on 30 Nov-2017. I lived in Canada only 180 days. I got P.R. in May-2012. Can I renew my P.R. status in this situation on humanitarian grounds. What is another way to retain my P.R. status. please guide me as early as possible. I am out of Canada now.

You will have to return to Canada to renew your card. The issue will be whether you can enter Canada without being reported for RO. You have 2choices now, either apply for a PRTD and see if they accept your H&C claim or enter through the US at a land border. If you enter through the US you may be able to enter without being reported, but would have to remain in Canada until you are in compliance before renewing your PR card (550days) without leaving.

Small correction. You may have to stay 730 days if your 180 days in Canada were when you first landed. That is if you decide to cross through the land border and are not reported.
