so am from europe i got married with a canadian citizenship in 2017,we applied for sponsorship and i came in canada in november 2019 and i came back in europe to visit my parents in end of february,i stayed in canada for like nearly 4 months and the government didnt mailed my p.r card but my application says complete,now that am back in europe my wife is telling me i dont want u to come back and be together anymore ,i love her so much but she wants to abandon me,i have spented more than 5 years in this relationship and alot of money being more focused about starting a new life in canada with her now she says i dont want us together we are not good togwther and she is saying to me i will call the government and tell them our marriage was not genuine can i know please what should i do ?i love her to death but if she doesnt want me in her life why to do this to me after all this time and after all this moneys am not a rich guy i come from a poor family and is gonne totally wreck me if she does this and i tell her u want to lie your government cause i love u and i want to be together forever now she says i get what u say but i dont want this anymore,what can i do ?if she doesnt want me in her life ok but why to destroy my life when at least i can try to come back in canada and live in my own way?what am worried is the government said to me u can go back in your country without a pr card but when u want to come back u have to apply for prtd and thats why i went back in my country but after corona virus am stuck in europe and i just want to know what is gonne happened to my status ?

If you have COPR and you have landed, then you are a PR. I don't think your spouse can do anything about it, unless she really tells the govt that your marriage was fake (which makes her complicit as well). I suggest you talk to a lawyer, your situation is not rare and has happened to other people. Talking to a lawyer will put you at ease.
Off the top of my head i believe you can apply for a PRTD and go back to Canada whenever you wish.
the problem is here maybe the government mailed my pr card but is her adres maybe she have my pr card in her hands and she doesnt want to give it to me and other thing is she did the sponsorship and she have done all the application from her accounts basically i cant see and know what really have happened,the only thing i open the gc key account and there is application complete and they saying u became permanent resident on 25 november 2019,my worry is before 2 days she texted me she said i will call them and tell our marriage is was not genuine and thats means i will not be able to apply for a prtd?
You can apply for a PRTD. She can certainly contact IRCC but without proof of a fake marriage, they won't do anything. Keep proof of her messages.
