Three weeks from now, my OWP will expire. In October 2024, I received an invitation to apply for the OINP workers stream. The application status is currently "Decision in Progress," and it has been approximately 135 days since the day of the application. I am not sure how long I should wait more until I receive the Nomination for PR, that could also enables me to extend my permit.
And how if my permit expired and the decision is still pending, what other choices are there to buy time and continue working till the nomination is provided by OINP?
If someone with the same experience could give their thoughts, I would be quite appreciative:
