OWP question INLAND SPOUSE APPLICATION. Please help

My wife is currently filling up her OWP application. In page 3 of the application DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA, did need to answer the QUESTIONS 2-5? what should she answer to those questions?

She's currently holding a valid work permit valid until September 2014, but She's on EI already since August 2013 and will apply Maternity Leave on January 2014 as She's about to give birth by February 2014 on our first baby.

It doesn't really matter what she put on her intended occupation. It's an open work permit so when she gets it she can change her mind and work anywhere.

It's in the processing time section of the cic website. Considered as work permit for new employer.
