In the EMPLOYMENT section the form, there is 3 places, and it says in the guide to print additional pages of the form and fill them.
If someone has many many of several months activity, that would lead to a lot of pages since it's only 3 at a time. Has anyone submit an Excel sheet replica of the form ,allowing to put more then 3 activities par pages?
It seems logical, but I wouldn't want to be delayed for such technicalities.
