OWP for spouse at airport , flying in with vistor TRV

Hi all,

I received my WP, but my company processed visitor TRV for my wife although I asked them to process her OWP. Please let me know if she can get an OWP with her Visitor TRV at the airport on landing. We are not from a visa exempt country, but she does have a TRV.
