Hey folks,
I am planning to apply outland spousal pr sponsorship where i will be PA. And i have valid TRV (V-1 visitor) stamp till 2029.
Will i be able to travel after receiving AOR. Without applying for new visitor visa application.
And once i am here in canada as a visitor am I eligible for OWP under public policy.

You cannot work until WP is approved so no you don’t get implied status to work.

The v-1 visa i have is that applied during pgwp. I will be able to travel on that without any trouble right? Because i read that outland spouse apply for dual intent visitor visa.

You will only know once allowed to board the plane and get through CBSA.
 
It appears as though you may have gotten married around the time your WP was expiring. If you don’t have an extensive dating history and/or traditional wedding ceremony I would also prepare for potential concern about marriage of convenience. Sadly many are resorting to this because they see no other way to obtain PR.

We have a genuine relationship of four years its not about marriage of convineance.
