OWP for inland spousal sponsorship timeline ?

Hi,

Recently I applied Spousal sponsorship inland (pr + owp). Any ideas how long will it take to get OWP?
I held working holiday visa till May 2019. Currently on visitor visa.

Does it really take 8+ months for owp ...?
8+ months for owp seems too long

Hi, unable to answer your question, as I have no experience in this, but if you don't mind, can I ask you a question back?

Did you apply the OWP online or on paper along with PR application? I understand CIC states to apply all together in one envelope, but when I checked for OWP eligibility, it is showing as apply online (due to COVID). How to override this and apply paper-based along with PR application?

I sent it all together with Pr application.

I think You can apply online only if you received AIP.
