OWP CEC New EE profile

Hi All,

Myself and my spouse moved to Canada in Sep 2022 and my spouse is on Closed WP (LMIA exempt) and I am on OWP (Open work permit).
Both have 1+ years of Canadian experience.

My queries are as below:

1. I am creating EE profile (on OWP) and the answer for job offer question for LMIA is No. Even then will I be considered under CEC?
Because, I am taking English test sooner than my spouse (Who is on Closed LMIA exempt permit).
2. Is the NOC 21232 correct for software developer? We both are software developers.
