Hi I’m international student in uk ,unfortunately my visa been cancelled in January as I don’t know. Basically I didn’t pass last year as a result university suspended me from course and told me they will inform home office to curtail my visa unfortunately I didn’t get any letter from home office as a result I contract university department about returning back and they said I can come back however I also contract international department and they told me my visa cancelled last January as they ask me did I get any letter I told them no then they contact home office and told me visa cancelled in January and I’m overstayer here at the moment, I want to ask is it possible to apply Canada student visa by being a overstayer in uk?

A study visa to Canada will be refused since you are out of status. No point applying until you fix this situation.

What if I applied as a student spouse visa . If my partner apply for student visa can I apply with her as a dependent?

Same answer. You can certainly apply for a TRV or OWP to accompany your spouse to Canada. But just like the study permit, it's going to be refused since you are out of status in the UK.

If you cannot fix your status in the UK, then the solution is to return to your home country and remain there for a while to re-establish ties. Then you can try applying to come to Canada.

You don't have to waste your money and time. Since you're out of status in the U.K, trust me, you have no chances of securing a TRV......
