The following question is in reference to understand some possible situations (case studies)and with the medium of the forum, I would like to understand the possibilities -
1. Consider 'A', guy, an Indian citizen, wants to move to Canada as a permanent resident. He is currently in USA on work permit.
2. He met 'B' in USA, a girl, an Indian citizen, who has overstayed in United States for six years with her parents (who also overstayed) because when she moves she was young and result of which she too needs to overstay as well.
3. 'A' and 'B' are common law partners from quite good time and they proposed to get married soon.
4. The question is how we can have the 'B' moved to Canada legally either as common law partner or as a spouse.
Plus, will they married in USA or Canada?
As 'B' never wants to personally stay like this in USA but because of her parents she got no options. Plus, she got no one back in India with whom she could live.
