Hi everyone, I'm planning to apply PR to Canada but I have a very special situation.
About 10 yrs ago when I was young I overstayed my Australia student Visa for 30 more days. It is because just forgot and made mistake.
Few points to explain:
1. I did send E-mail to AU immigration department to ask about Visa after overstayed 7-8 days but no response.
2. I reported to the immi office by myself after 30 more days but officer didn't accept and cancelled my Visa.
3. I didn't do any illegal work or crime even in my home town. I can apply Police Check Certificate to prove that.
I must 100% honest to tell my story and willing to provide any evidences. Or maybe seek help from lawyers.
However, base on this explanation do you think the CA officer accept my reasons or still very low chance to approve???
