Hi there i just need advise about my situation..

I had my baby in canada and we stayed there for few months my first extension visa extension was approve and the second one was refused and i was overstayed for 2 months and half because of waiting of the results for my application i did leave canada after the refusal letter arrived i didnt get any exit stamp. Now im working here in cayman and my baby is in the philippines is there any chance i can get a visitors visa after that overstayed its was 3 yrs ago just really want to see my grand parents and attend a beauty show for work.
Thanks very much

If you submitted the second extension prior to the expiration date of the first extension you fall into an "implicit status" while you await the final decision. Overstaying would mean that after you got the refusal you stayed in Canada, which would have been an offense, but if you left Canada in the period stated in the refusal notice then you are good to go.
