Overage Dependent Sponsoring Proof

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding sponsoring an overage child. My daughter turned 22 last year Sep 3rd, and will turn 23 within a few weeks here, I have a global talent stream sponsor and expect the application to get started within this month. My daughter was in college full time from 2014-17 and I paid all of her tuition. She wants to go to law school now and didn't pass her lsat the first go so she started working full time meanwhile. She has a particular non-contiguous health condition that although she can work she needs constantsupport and monitoring so she doesn't faint or etc. Because she is working will they accept this claim?

Others can comment as well but the fact she is able to work full time and assume therefore support herself financially as an adult would be a negative in the determination for dependency post 22. That’s just my view though others may comment as well but is in line with the guidance below which any case would likely need a medical certificate that any condition restricted ability to work or self finance, not so as described.

So she stays with us and is unmarried. Other than working will the government really not look at health issues? I mean I simply can't leave her to look after herself
