OVER 6 MONTHS NOT FINALIZED and GCMS notes received URGENT!!!

Hi Seniors,

I have been in this forum for a while. I am facing a serious problem and need your help!
I got my ITA on first batch and I had submitted on my application on early FEB, 2015.
I also have another FSW2 application submitted on July, 2014
However, I still don't have DM or PPR, so I ordered notes.

I see 2 notes very specious below:

EE FSW FILE REVIEWED (FILE NUMBER) FOSS CHECK COMPLED JOB OFFER; WP issued
under R205 (C10) v/ 2015-02 to 2016-02, preview WP valid at lock in (Date) v/ 2013-04 to 2015-04
w/ COMPANY NAME NOC (CODE) LMIA (NUMBER): COMPANY NAME NOC EDOC#: employment contract dated 2013
for 2 year term Edoc#: employment contract for permanent position signed date; [red]different format than one signed on
date EXPERIENCE[/red] Primary NOC company name: 1 yrs Cdn experience: pending T4/Noa date most recent paystubs,
regulary salary deposits in bank account, (previous company name) level D declared for 2000 to 2011 NOC declared for same period from
2002 to 2011 Edoc# LOE list duties for period from 2000 to 2011, [red]PA performed main duties similar to NOC which is D skill level
contrary - not satisfied[/red]


and the paper file history
I saw then transfer my file to [red]OSC (Opertions Support Centre)[/red]
Transfer Reason: [red]Quality Assurance[/red]

Below is my timeline:

Jan, 31 ITA
Feb eAPR
Mar additional docs (Celpip)
Apr additional docs (Schedule A, PCC)
then no updates since then.

Guys I really need your help!! Please!!

can you dig up any other info from your notes?

This basically says they are not satisfied, and you need to satisfy on everything to get a positive decision made.

I can't find other notes look weird, only 2 in notes looks not okay.
and they not satisfied just because my previous job is D level, and now my job is level B.
Is there anything I can do??

can you dig up any other info from your notes?

This basically says they are not satisfied, and you need to satisfy on everything to get a positive decision made.

Nothing you can do now. I hope you sorted this out, as you say you have a second application going.

you should call cic ,your 6 month period is already done , and moreover u can send cse with a copy of your gcms notes and can you please tell me, what was your last update done according to your gcms notes,it should be in your starting pages and please tell me about your due dates too...?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.
We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

due date is 2015/10/21
what's that mean?

Also can you please try to call cic rather than dropping CSE again.

and ask them whats going on and when can i expect some decision also if they require any additional document then when they will contact me? Ask such questions as you already passed 6 months they should reply to you.

1. If CIC decides that you are actually working in a NOC D level job, then they will find that you are not eligible for EE or skilled worker.
2. It takes longer than posted as they don't believe that you were working in a skilled occupation.

no it wont affect your case.

so which document they requested for previous fsw application? and did you submitted?

also you cannot withdraw your ee application now as its under their process so they have to give decision positive or negative its not in your hand.

dont worry just follow your previous application and for EE app just let them process and if require they will contact you.

I've submitted additional docs for previous fsw application, it's just employment reference letter and Imm008.

Specifically, can you know when this note was entered: "PA performed main duties similar to NOC which is D skill level contrary - not satisfied"?
