@Taran D Im still waiting for BIL, got AOR on dec 19. I m getting married in April and have to be away for 1 month, so during that period any request from IRCC like photo request to open my portal, will I be able to submit it from outside canada

Once you reply to the email you will get instructions how to go ahead. Your case will be put on hold until you enter Canada and will be instructed how to go ahead once here.
