Outland UK address

Hello guys just 2 question. I'm sending my application outland. I'm from the UK i'm just wondering what address i send it too as i have seen multiple address but obviously need to send it to the correct address to avoid delay. Also am i best sending all of the documents, even the ones like IMM5409 and IMM 5476 that i do not have to fill in? or is it ok if i just put N/A on my document checklist?? Thanks guys

All outland family applications go to the CPC-M address above. Do not send any forms that aren't required as part of your application. The checklist doesn't need all checks, just that you've reviewed and included everything you need to.
