you have been selected as less complicated case so sent to Missg. 2 things can happen; 1--A v.o. will look at the file again and within weeks all could be finalized. PPR SOON
2nd VO can still decide to send it to applicants country, thus can take bit longer for things to be verified at local level. At this time even some files are done quickly some take same as usual

Looks like u r dealing with NDVO may try search NDVO as well
 
They send file to Mississauga so how it gonna be NDVO . I didn’t understand plz explain
Eventually all files end up at the VO of the applicant's country. However under special bulletin OBO VERY FEW lucky ones are selected to be finalized rt here in Canada under work Sharing perhaps! Many members got ppr within months like this . This is not very much declared openly thou true. They clearly tell you that it is globalized sharing , and your file can be sent to any less busy VO so that 1 VO does not get overloaded and take more than a year set limit time. Hope it is clear now;)
