'Outland spousal sponsorship'

I am April 2018 applicant. I have done my re-medical on June 2019 and same month i received pre arrival as well. After that no update of Decision made or PPR.
- My questions are, how long do i have to wait more to reunite with my partner?
- Is there anything i should worry about?

Additionally:
My visa office is London
I am expecting to land in Ontario
