Outland Spousal Query- Signatures on form for online application

After going through some posts online, I got to know that
IMM1344, IMM5532 and IMM5669 have to be printed, signed and uploaded

Question: What date do we put onthe form next to the signatures?
i am in Canada right now, wife is in India. I got back to Canada 3 weeks ago

so on the form,should I be putting the date of when I left india. Or the date when we are submitting the form. For the latter, it would mean, she takes a print out signs, sends to me, I print it again,sign and then upload

The date you put next to the signature is the date you signed it. If you are preparing to submit the application on Jan 12, then prepare the information in it with that date in mind and sign it on that date.

My husband printed the form and signed it (in the States) and emailed it to me. I printed that off and signed it and scanned/uploaded it into the portal. We dated it the date we did that, not the last time we saw each other in person. If you're applying Outland, they assume you're not right next to your spouse.
