Outland Spousal PR Portal login issues

Hi,

I am the Sponsor and my wife created the PR Portal login using her email. She started filling up the forms and uploading the documents to the PR Portal.
But when I try logging into the Portal using the same credentials, I get the error of incorrect Email and Password combination and asking to reset Password or create Account.

Same credentials working in her laptop. She is currently in USA.
I have cleared my browser cache as well, but still same error.

Appreciate any help.

I doubt this will work but perhaps try using a VPN to log in with an IP address from USA since that's the country that she last accessed her account from? Again, I don't think this is what's causing the problem but might as well give it a try.

I tried using a VPN with couple of different USA cities, but still same error.

The Error is as follow:
"Incorrect email and password combination. If you have an existing account, please try again or click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password. If you do not have an existing account, you will not be able to reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link."
