Hi Guys,

I am seeking some help here about certain things. I submitted my husband's application online in June and accidently used Inland option on the PR portal while filing the application. After 3 months IRCC returned by application stating it was sent to the wrong office.
I need to know do I have to pay the fee again or can I still use the same receipt?
Also will I have to sign each document again as IRCC do not accept documents with stale signature?
What else is their that I have to keep in mind while submitting my application again?

Please suggest.

Are you certain that you did in fact submit an Inland application? There have been a few reports in these forums of people in your exact situation that did NOT submit the wrong application. Try to find some of those threads/posts to ask about their experience and if the were able to have IRCC double check their system.

In the event that you did submit an Inland application, I don't know about the fee but would hope that it can be used for the Outland application, considering they never started processing the one you submitted. You would need to redo any forms that have been undated by IRCC (check their website) since you applied.
