Hi Guys!
I'm in a good but confusing situation, and I'd like to ask for your help!
I am a PR since march, and have a Non Accompanying Spouse (included as so in my application and visa) currently living in Brazil.
We were planning on applying for Outland Sponsorship after I got settled but she is now about to transfer within her company to Canada which means she will soon have a Work Permit.
My question is: should we wait for her to arrive with a work visa before applying for an Inland Sponsorship (1) or apply for an Outland Sponsorship and then let the process run while she's here with her work visa (2)?
It seems to me that option 2 (which was our original plan) might seem weird for the visa officer because of the short period between the two applications.
Option 1 sounds a little bit more natural since her work (reason she would initially not accompany me) brought her to Canada and now we would like her to stay permanently.
Is there any personal advice or anything else we should consider in this situation?
Thanks!
