Outland sponsorship Vs work visa

Hello!
My husband and I were preparing our documents to apply for outland sponsorship but a Canadian clinic is interested in hiring me. They have worked previously with foreign doctors and are interested in offering me a job. In these moments I am waiting for the answer of the college of physicians of that province.

I'm a little stressed because I don't know what to do. I don't know if I should apply first to the sponsorship and later to the work visa once my sponsor is approved or if I should forget about the sponsorship for now and apply directly to the work visa.

What worries me is that my work visa can be rejected because I don't have ties with my country of origin and if that happens we will need to start from scratch the sponsorship process and waste time.
Any advice?

Others can comment as well but any reason why you would not pursue both options given for example many Outland applications go through in 6-8 months and if you by work visa you mean an LMIA what are the odds for approval ?
