My Status: my Visitor Visa extension expired, But Husband and 2 kids Canadian. Haven't apply for PR before because finantial Situation, and my husband starting his own business in Canada and wanted to have proof of incomes so we could send all papers and Sponsorphip application. I just found out about applying for outland would be faster, but my questions are: if an interview required at the outland in my Country , is this usually after medical check, I could do the medical Check in Canada right??. and when this interview occurs is that for the final decision of Approving My PR or denying it, if someone had this experience please??? then if is denied how can I get back to Canada?? Would I have to apply for another Visitor Visa to get into the country???
I am thinking of doing this outland because of the faster process but, do you Experts recommend that we do this Inland????
