Outland sponsorship for my husband living in Pakistan

Hi everyone, I had a few queries regarding the family class sponsorship. Some background to note:

1. I am a Canadian citizen
2. I’m a Canadian resident but have been living in Pakistan with my husband since we got married

My questions are:
1. Do I have to declare myself a non-resident on the application? I am not working at the moment
2. How exactly do I prove my intent to return to canada once my husband’s application is approved? I don’t own/rent any property there but we intend to live with extended family until both of us find jobs
3. I am trying to access the forms to become a sponsor and have tried from 3 different laptops and internet connections, but the form just doesn’t open for me.

Someone with similar experience can better comment on Q2.

But from my experience with sponsorship application:
1. You will be non-resident Canadian
2. I'll leave it for someone with similar experience to answer this.
3. The forms will not be viewable on every browser or pdf viewer. IRCC recommends that you use Adobe Acrobat Reader. So after you download the specific forms, open and fill them using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
