OUTLAND Forms for US applicant and sponsor

Does anyone, by chance, have a complete LIST of forms required by both the applicant and sponsor for USA (applicant) and Cdn (sponsor) OUTBOUND?

Just about ready to send the package in want to double and triple check that we haven't missed anything.

Also, a lot of the forms ask for the same supporting documents. It is my understanding that each form must have attached those documents even though they have been attached to other forms by both Sponsor and Applicant.

Any other last minute suggestions to make sure the application isn't returned.

you need to go by your country specific guide. the checklist you send in with your package has all the required documents. since both applications are submitted in the same package, you do not need to send duplicates of supporting documents. you can create a pile and label it "supporting documents".

You do not need to supply more than one copy of documents, even if they are asked for in more than one place in the forms.
