I have been approved as a sponsor for my wife, so I am submitting my KIT A application for Quebec.
The problem is that I have never lived in Quebec, but in the A-1520-BA section 6 requires one of the following:

I don't have any proof of living in Quebec, because I haven't before. All I have is the declaration of sponsor abroad. Is this ok?
I've only lived in Ottawa, which borders Quebec - I haven't been living in Canada for over 8 years.
Since I am starting all over, I would rather choose Montreal as my place to live.

- Last pay stub
- Notice of assessment from the Agence du revenu du Quebec
- Driver's licence
