outland Applicant....Doing Medical Check-Up Upfront

I just phoned the clinic to make an appointment for upfront medical check up, the lady over the phone told me that I required "valid permit & passport" (I am out of status) and asked me to email her a copy of my passport and my permit paper, they will e-file directly to CIC in 2 weeks time (she said upon i register & pay the fee, they will issue a proof to indicate that i have done my medical upfront).

My question is as I am out of status, will it prompt any problem ? I called another clinic which do not seem to require my email copy of passport and permit paper but over 4 hrs away however, when I ask can I request a copy of my medical result even if I pay a fee, she said NO.

Anyone can gives me a heads up, I will truly appreciated

Can I submit my outland PR application first thn in 2 weeks time, I go for my upfront medical check up (the clinic will e-file directly to CIC), should I still mail the information sheet copy to CIC after I done my medical check up? Or I have to do my medical check up first thn submit my PR application together?

There should be no problem; you don't require status to do the medical and I don't know why they would even ask.

They are not allowed to give you the results. If there is something wrong, they will inform you.

If it's only 2 weeks, I would wait until you get the medical receipt before submitting.
