Outland applicant and PPR while visiting Canada

I'm an outland applicant and I'm planning to visit Canada often during my application process to be with my family. Now I'm wondering what happens when i receive PPR while I'm visiting in Canada, can i just send my stuff to a local office or does it have to be send to the VO processing my application? I'm not there yet but since i expect my background check stage to start soon, so it could happen.

You can change your country of residence and address at any time you want to send your passport to your current local visa office. All you have to do is to raise a CSE through IRCC webform and/or send an email to CPC Ottawa to ask for sending the passport to a different visa office. Good Luck!
