Outcome of Case Specific Enquiry

Hi All,

I applied for my postgraduate work permit on Jan 20,2016. However, the outcome is still awaited and so had to forward a case specific enquiry through a call center agent. Would be interested to know the time frame it takes for CIC to usually decide on an application or respond to after such a request is put through. In case, some one has been in a similar situation before, kindly put forth your comments.

I have filled it out. In fact I let the CIC call center agent know the details. Have been asked to revert back after 12 weeks in case of no update. Outcome awaited.

Do you have any idea about non-conviction charges affect post graduation work permit or not?

As long as you declare all the facts truthfully, you should be fine I guess.
