Hi there,

I'm a Canadian and I would like to sponsor my husband who is currently studying in the USA but not a US citizen. I'm currently living with him in the States. As a Quebec resident (I have property in Quebec), can I say that we plan to move back once he receives his degree in Ontario?

As a Canadian citizen living outside Canada......you could sponsor your husband for PR in Canada......but must provide proof of intent to return to Canada after your husband PR is approved.
