If you don't mind may I asking what's going to happen if CIC think this is marriage of convenience? He has to go his country for interview? Or they will call us for interview together? what could be happen?

They would require him to attend an interview. Since Tunisian's are processed through Paris, I'm not certain where the interview would be. There is a thread somewhere here for those who are sponsoring Tunisian spouses, so you could look there and see where they were interviewed.

They interview the applicant, not the sponsor. If they decide it is a marriage of convenience, then they would refuse the application.

Laila I would listen carefully to the comments from other senior members about your situation. I think others have asked whether you have actually met this man prior to you getting married? If you haven't then you are going to come under very heavy scruitiny from CIC. There is unfortunately some history of men/women taking advantage for the pusposes of getting a visa. If you have not met him and he is illegal in the US these are going to be big red flags for CIC. I'm not saying this is the case for you as you havent given much information but I would urge you to develop your relationship before getting married and applying for sponsorship.

You will have to consider the "red flags" in your application and address them as best as you can. The more red flags you have, the more scrutinized your application will be.

Some red flags are: age difference (especially if the woman is older than the husband), difference in culture/religions, conduct of relationship, if you discussed marriage early in the relationship and if you married on the first visit. The more red flags you have, the more likely that your future husband will be called for an interview.

Although it is not impossible to have a successful application, as others are suggesting, it is wise to further develop your relationship before applying.

Good luck!

The purpose of the interview is to help the officer ensure that your relationship is genuine and continuing. You could describe your situation as a 'red flag' but I wouldn't look at it in that respect. You are simply trying to demonstrate that you are in a genuine relationship. Certain cultures do things differently and CIC are aware of that. Furthermore, technology had advanced so that people are able to meet via the power of the internet. Its just unfortunate that some people take advantage of this and I've read a few sad stories on this forum where both men and women have been taken advantage of. The more evidence you can produce towards the validity of your relationship the better.

Did you ever meet the guy in person?

If you marry on first meeting and then submit his PR app, you should prepare for him requiring an interview and having to leave the US to attend it. Of course once he leaves US, he will most likely not be able to return there so will need to wait in his home country until PR is approved.
