Our Online Services Are Currently Down

I've submitted a PR application. Have my eAPR.
I now need to get a Bridging Work Permit.

I've gone through the questionnaire on CIC website and it says I'm eligible for Express Entry.
I click continue but every time I get the following error: "Our Online Services Are Currently Down"

Anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to get around it?
