you should have tracking number and it will tell you when and who received it;

i did not think they will respond your request regarding this request. I sent email to Ottawa office and no response. I got to know my medical received based on GCMS note. If you do not know what GCMS is, google it. My point is that if your medical received per your tracking number, you should not worry about it. it takes anywhere between 1 to 3 months to show in your ecas or may never show in your case until your PPR. Do not pay much attention on ECAS.
