Ottawa Contact No for Medicals

Hello Every one ,
Can any post a valid contact number for Ottawa for my medicals, My medicals has been delivered in the month of May 2009 and ecas status still has not changed into medicals received

if any one can post the contact number that I can call and resolve this issue.I called several times but can't get alive person at the phone.

I contact CIC regarding my case current status(Not Ecas) and they repplied ,Ths case is under background check,but Ecas status should changed into medicals received

if you have any suggestion please post it, regards

There are people who alredy landed but their ecas is still in process. You should not be worrying as they told you that they are doing some background check. Dont just rely on ecas cause it is not updated all the time.
Have you been in many countries? Sometimes this causes delay on the process because they are checking your criminality record on every country that you've been.

Thanks for your advice ,but for my own understanding ,Why do we do FBI and State PCC etc if they have to do background check
I received an email from CIC they said ECAS is not relible ,they have received my Medicals but the case is under background check from other Govt's
